The contact person on site is your first point of contact: Birgit Ilie.
I am the host of your holiday home, who ensures that the holiday home is spick and span on arrival. I ask you to treat the Apartment and Sauna with respect and to respect the requested rules. Should there be any ambiguities, for example due to a language barrier, do not hesitate to e-mail or call me.

The additional costs, which are stated on the confirmation of your stay, must be paid upon arrival. The Tourist tax will be paid to the local authorities, please fill out the form correctly and keep it, in case there is a control and to show it for discounts.

The deposit will be returned when you check out of the apartment, if you leave it the way you found it without any damages. We put a lot of love into this apartment, please take care of it and respect our property.

Deposit and tourist tax not connected to booking.com and has to be paid separately before arrival.

The maximum number of guests stated on your confirmation of stay may not be exceeded. Therefore, the caretaker has the right to refuse extra guests or to collect an additional fee.

We would like to ask you not to throw anything into a drain. By this we mean washbasins, toilets, showers and bathtubs. Tampons, sanitary towels, nappies, panty liners, etc. can be disposed in the designated waste bin. This can cause serious clogging! Unfortunately, the sewage treatment plant cannot remove microplastics from the sewage to 100%, we see this as our duty to protect our wonderful environment.

Have you ever had burn marks from hot pans or coy tea lights in your table? Please try to prevent this from happening here! Always put hot pans with coasters or on saucers on kitchen worktops or tables. Candles are not allowed inside.

A nightmare for every owner is a flood! This often causes serious damage to the floor and furniture. Should this happen accidentally, the damage repair costs, even after departure, will have to be passed on to you. TIP: Always check if the taps are properly closed.

Fancy a cigarette? That is not allowed in this holiday home. If you ignore this asking, you will be charged extra cleaning costs. Smoking outside at the balcony is allowed, please close the door, because the smoke detector is very sensible. Please use our save ashtray and don’t put hot ash in the bin.

If the fire alarm is triggered, you will probably be frightened. An immediate signal is given to the local fire brigade and they can be there quickly. Then all apartments in the house are getting evacuated. The fire brigade and/or the municipality may charge you for false alarms. Please always use the extractor when cooking and do not leave the stove unattended! For a real cooking emergency on the stove there is a fire blanket in the apartment. Smoking and candles are forbidden in the apartment. Always keep the glass door closed when smoking on the balcony, which also protects against mosquitoes in summer and against the cold in winter.

Nothing beats sleeping under fresh bedding, don’t you think? For good hygiene, we would like to ask you to use our clean linen as provided. If not the mattresses, blankets and pillows will need extra cleaning. As you may understand, this costs extra money, which will be passed on to you. Do you want extra linen or towels? Feel free to ask the caretaker. He/she will provide you with clean linen with pleasure, but of course against payment.

Balcony: We hope you can enjoy the loungers on the balcony. Please don’t play loud music, the other residents will thank you. We water the room and balcony plants at each cleaning, should you be booked for more than 1 week please water them if they are very dry. We don’t want to intrude on your privacy.

It is perfectly fine to have a good time, but please bear in mind that there are other residents in the house as well. That is why we kindly but urgently request to let everyone enjoy his or her night’s sleep after 10 pm.

Be careful with Mother Earth! A hot topic, to which we would also like to contribute. That is why we ask you to be careful with electricity, gas, fuel oil and water. Check when you leave the house whether the stove, light, stove, oven and TV are switched off. Excessive electricity consumption can be charged additionally. Please ventilate well and short, especially in winter, and do not tilt the windows, then no mosquitoes from the fields come into the house.

Are you missing something in the house? Or maybe something is broken? It is best to report this to the caretaker as soon as you arrive, so that the caretaker can take action as soon as possible. Also, during your stay something may break, after all we are only human and sometimes it just happens to all of us. Would you like to report this before departure? This is the only way the caretaker can make the house in perfect shape again for the next guests.

Recycling: We do this at home, so why do we do it differently during our holidays? We therefore ask you to sort the garbage carefully (plastik, paper, class, cans and rest) and leave it in the specified bins (or garbage bags). Thanks a lot for your cooperation.

TV and WLAN: In this folder you will find a detailed explanation of the remote controll our new TV from von Samsung. The WIFI`s name and password you find in a folder in the Appartment
